A proposed idea for Carnegie Mellon’s All University Orchestra fall 2009 t-shirt design. This would have appeared on the back of the shirt. "OVERTURE" is made up of the names of the pieces (and their corresponding composers, in bold) that we prepared for our fall concert:
- Brahms' Academic Festival Overture
- Bernstein's West Side Story suite
- the overture to Mozart's The Magic Flute
- the overture to Verdi's Nabucco
- Berlioz's l'Enfance du Christ: The Flight Into Egypt
